Dance and the Arts of India

Cincinnati Asian Art Society Sixth Annual Asian Art Lecture: Explore the art of dance as it is portrayed in the visual and performing arts of India. Join us as Mekala Krishnan, a trained Bharatanatyam dancer, performs a lecture-demonstration that creates connection between classical dance traditions and historic works of art that embody movement.
